Can you hear what I'm trying to say? NVC PRACTICE GROUP

This is an online practice group for all those who have some understanding of NVC conepts and tools and wish to practice holding conversations while NVC-ing

We will practice:

• holding tricky conversations
• listening to difficult messages
• expressing ourselves with clarity, honesty and care
• staying connected when emotions run high

Expect to:

• play with your own examples
• do role plays with others
• spend time in the company of others who care about similar things
