About the event
This is an online group for those who want to:
go beyond exhausting daily conversations that feel like they're on repeat
get some skills to hear what others are really trying to say (beyond the hurtful words)
practice taking responsibility for how you contribute to conversations going the way they do
embedding NVC (Nonviolent Communication) and mindfulness in your daily lives and interactions
Over the course of four weeks, we will practice four foundational differentiations Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is built upon, and immediately put them into practice for our daily lives. This practice group is intended as a practical hands-on space, where we will introduce the foundational concepts, and create lots of varied opportunities for practicing it in real life conversations, reflecting on what they could offer, and noticing how we can bring them into our lives.
